01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and cata4d ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the cata4d platform, website, mobile application, and all services we provide.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing the website, or using any part of the cata4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Cata4d reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.

02 Registration & Account Management

To use cata4d services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms. cata4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any remaining balance if such a violation is detected.

• Registration information must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
• Your password must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
• Email verification is required to activate a new account.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence. Contact the cata4d support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

03 User Eligibility

The cata4d platform is exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. cata4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close any account found not to meet these requirements.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Location: You are accessing the platform from a region that does not restrict cata4d services.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Restricted Nationals: You are not a citizen or resident of any country that explicitly prohibits online gambling activities.
• Personal Funds: Funds used for betting are your own personal funds and are not borrowed or obtained through unlawful means.

04 Deposit & Payment Methods

Cata4d supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for the ease of members in Malaysia. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your data at all times.

Accepted deposit methods include FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, online bank transfer, and popular e-wallets. The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No daily maximum deposit limit is set, except for limits imposed by your own bank or financial institution.

• Deposits will be credited to your cata4d account within 1 to 5 minutes after bank confirmation.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account in the same name as the cata4d account holder.
• Deposits from third parties or accounts held in another person's name are not accepted and will be returned.
• Cata4d does not bear any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of the transaction.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Cata4d members may request a withdrawal at any time, provided their account is in good standing and all applicable conditions have been met. Withdrawals are processed within 3 to 5 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account in the same name as the registered cata4d account holder. This is an important security measure to prevent money laundering and to protect all parties.

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Cata4d reserves the right to request additional documents to verify withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Cata4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward the loyalty of our members. Each bonus offer has specific terms and conditions clearly stated on the relevant promotions page, including wagering requirements (rollover), validity period, and applicable withdrawal limits.

The welcome bonus for new members is automatically credited after the first qualifying deposit. This bonus cannot be directly converted to cash and must first be used for wagering in accordance with the specified wagering requirements.

• Only one bonus is permitted per promotion, per account, per individual, per household, and per IP address.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will be subject to action.

For slot and casino games, all outcomes are generated by an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. This ensures that every spin or game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruptions during gameplay will be resolved based on the system records retained.
• For sports betting, cata4d uses official results issued by the relevant sports body or league.
• Bets accepted before the start of an event are valid unless stated otherwise.

08 Prohibited User Conduct

• Owning, using, or being associated with more than one cata4d account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the cata4d platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to play or place bets.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt cata4d systems and infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the game system (collusion).
• Publishing content that is offensive, threatening, or harassing toward other users or cata4d staff.
• Using a cata4d account for commercial or business purposes without written authorisation.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your cata4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, please ensure all available funds are settled through the normal withdrawal process.

Cata4d reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or legal authority.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period with no transactions.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, cata4d reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance until the investigation is completed. If fraud is proven, the funds involved may not be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Cata4d provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be free from errors, disruptions, or periods of unavailability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cata4d shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Loss of data or transactions resulting from device failure or the user's internet connection.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

11 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the cata4d platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software code, and databases, is the exclusive property of cata4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any cata4d content without written authorisation.
• Using cata4d's brand name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering any cata4d software.
• Automatically scraping data or information from the cata4d platform.

Any infringement of cata4d's intellectual property rights will result in appropriate legal action. cata4d reserves the right to seek full remedies under applicable law, including damages and injunctive relief.

12 Amendment of Terms & Governing Law

Cata4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the cata4d platform after any amended terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the new terms come into effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms as a whole and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
